YES! We’re finally getting to see a bit more of the Shellington Hostel and I promise (cross my fins) that next week will be a warm color. This one originally was a certain warm color but let me tell you, it did not. look. right. That’s how our relationship will work-you trust me to make the right color decisions for every Friday’s comic and I trust you to enjoy the comic.
My wayward band of cartoonist friends and I are off to COMIX DAY in Burlington, VT. James Kochalka and eight of us are taking over 4th and 5th grade at a lucky school to teach them about comics. Then off to some rare book goodness (read: touching) at the University of Vermont. I cannot wait to get my hands on some Julie Chen art books again!
